East North Street

This is a 3bd 2 br house. The upstairs is where I am looking to rent out and up there is 2 of the rooms and your own private bathroom so the upstairs is completely yours. There is a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is big with plenty of cabinet space. There is a small fenced in backyard. It’s in a nice quiet area with a park right down the street. Only utilities that we share are electricity and wifi.

I am currently the only one living here with my boyfriend being here occasionally. I like to keep things clean and not cluttered. I’m not a partier so I won’t be having a bunch of people over or making a lot of noise.
