Not a room but space w privacy curtains
The space has a sofa, clothes rack, tray stand and lamp. This is a SHARED bathroom. Living room has 2 comfortable sofa and 50“ TV. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and pool area anytime. Rooftop viewing area with incredible views of Red Rocks, Sunrise Mtn & 7-Hill Mtns(Henderson), the roof has a table with chairs for comfort.
The rent is $100/week includes all utilities and wireless internet .Total move-in fee is $380 ($280 is a refundable deposit and 1st weeks rent of $100.
The house is centrally located, Maryland Pkway is very close and has the Boulevard Mall with many restaurants and retail stores. Also close are many buslines and 203 Desert Inn, 109 Maryland Pkwy and 110 Eastern Ave.
Also there is a 60lb dog here, so hopefully not allergic, no other pets allowed at this time.. sorry
About the roomies
we have different professions from registered nurse, real estate, online surveys and credit repair. We are mostly a quite household work in day, rest at nite
