La Mancha Way

Rent is $800 + 1/2 utilities. This condo is in a great location in Henderson on Sunset & Green Valley! Its a beautiful and quite place to live. My plan is to turn the 3rd room into a Thai Massage room for my clients. There are 2 pools @ 2 hot tubs in the complex which are open all summer. There is an HOA which keep the neighborhood nice. I try to be kind with all the neighbors, which are predominately retirement age.

You would be living with me! Im 28 yr old female who tries to live as healthy as possible. My vision for this space is to feel open and free. I like to play music occasionally, so I am hoping whoever moves in doesn’t mind me singing every now and then. I do yoga on the regular and I have a boyfriend who stays over from time to time. I am also a student so I will be either studying, working, or relaxing
