Looking for 1 roommate (preferred female but open minded) to share my 3 bedroom home in Antioch. You would have TWO bedrooms so you could have an office/studio space in addition to your bedroom and a private bathroom right next door. $880/month for the space + utilities (TOTAL rent $1725) need someone to move in May. 12 month lease. Application fees apply. I used the pictures from the listing to show the room and bathroom because my current roommate is still occupying room until May but is moving out of state at end of lease. I would love to send more pictures and videos if you are interested. Okay with a cat. No kids of dogs!!!

I am a 27 year old woman currently working at a hotel downtown part time while I’m finishing up school. I am very laid back and open minded. I like to keep a very clean house especially in public areas and expect the same from au roommate. I do have 1 older cat who is very sweet and chill and just mostly sleeps but if you are allergic that might be an issue.
