Property is shared with two other tenants and landlord, who all have been living there for over 10 years. In addition to your own room and bathroom, you will have access to EV charging, your own parking spot, laundry (included in rent) and an amazing landlord. Location less than a minute from the interstate 10 and less than five minutes from the interstate 60 and 10 minutes from downtown LA (without traffic).

I am clean, quiet and very friendly. I’ve only had two roommates in the seven years I’ve been at the location, and all have lauded me as the best roommate they’ve ever had. The neighborhood is also great.
