Hello! I have a room available in a two-story townhome/condominium located in Sacramento (La Riviera). I have included photos of how the room was furnished a year ago. It is no longer furnished this same way. The room is approximately 12’ by 10.5’.

La Riviera is a 20 min drive from downtown. The neighborhood is located between Bradshaw and Watt and between Highway 50 and the American River. The townhome/condominium complex has 390 units and includes a lovely, quaint park area with walking paths and great places to sit and read or play a small ball/frisbee game. There is plenty of parking on the street for guests and you would be guaranteed a covered parking spot 20 feet from one of the townhome entrances. There is a bus stop (Route 84) less than ¼ mile away and the gold line lightrail 1 mile away. There are two larger parks a 20- and 30-minute walk away. The townhome is located 3 mins away from Highway 50, 7 mins away from the Raley’s in the College Greens shopping plaza, and 9 minutes from the Save Mart in the Loehmann’s Plaza shopping center.

Common areas are expected to be clean so everyone can enjoy a mess free environment. House rules, no exceptions: • No drugs on the property • No smoking inside

Common amenities • Furnished kitchen with several appliances (dishwasher, food processors, blenders, etc) • Furnished dining area • Furnished living room • Patio with an orange and Crepe Myrtle trees. Also there a two-seat patio table and a hammock • In-unit washer and dryer • Central ac/heat Cost: $800 rent + utilities (only electricity and gas, which will be split 50/50… your portion will roughly be $50-60 a month)

There are one full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs. Both would be shared with the other tenant (me!).

I am the only other tenant on the property (unless you count my 6 year old neutered cat). I am a woman in my early 30s. I am friendly, quiet, clean, respectful, and comfortable interacting with housemates or keeping more to myself. I typically have a friend or two over on the weekends or the evenings and might occasionally have larger game-night or dinner gatherings once every 1-3 months.
