About the room
These are “villa” apartments, basically small houses. They are fairly new and very nice- all LVP hardwood. I have a 2 bedroom and my roommate moved out. The room comes with a personal bathroom. The shared area is the spacey living room/kitchen. No security deposit needed, you may have to pay a $50 application fee to join me though, but hopefully not. I don’t need you to sign the lease, you can just stay month to month.
About the roomies
I’m a relaxed guy, a bit of a clean freak. I work full-time. Some days I WFH. I’m looking for someone who doesn’t put dishes in the sink and will help mop time to time. I have a cat who mainly stays in my room, she’s very gentle. Message me and let’s discuss.
