I’m a healthy and young 62. I work at home in paid media sales, representing health and fitness websites/podcasts/newsletters. My other tenant is very nice, a film editor working on the Dana Point Film Festival. He’s been here four years. Sometimes so quiet you don’t notice he’s here!
