A newly renovated home with 3 rooms for rent. The house is located near Crosstown in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I’m renting 3 rooms in the home. One room is downstairs, is a little bit more spacious, and will have its own bathroom. Two rooms upstairs will be sharing a bathroom. I’m currently in the process of furnishing the shared areas (kitchen, dining room, living room), but all will be furnished by or soon after move in. Currently, I am the only person living in the property, but I plan to rent to 3 men for a total of 4 living in the home. I am a young professional who likes to keep a clean and quiet home. I’m pretty laid back. My current work schedule is Sun-Wed 6a-6p. Outside of work I spend a lot of time reading, and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I’m looking to rent to other young professionals or students who will treat the home as if it’s their own.
