Utilities Included: Electricity, gas, water/sewer, Google Fiber ISP, W-Fi, Wi-Fi connected common area color printer, monthly month maid service, weekly landscape service, trash service, YouTube TV with NFL package, Apple TV, and MAX on all TV’s in the house, and HOA fee.
