Single room . Bathroom will be shared for a short period until my brother (looking to move to Orlando) will be out soon.

I live with my husband Ed. At the current moment my brother resides in an additional bedroom however he is moving and in the process of finding a place in Orlando. This is why we are wishing to have someone rent a room and share of the home. It is a private home on a quiet street with lovely neighbors. I believe there is public transportation two blocks over. I do see a bus however I’m not familiar with the schedule. We are very clean and we are very quiet, easy going people. We are open to rent to a single person. The bedroom is furnished with new bed and nightstands.
