About the room
I’m moving out near the end of March 2024 and posting for anyone interested.
Two bedrooms are currently available in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Mid-City (right near Midtown Crossing if you’re familiar). It’s walking distance to a Planet Fitness, a Ralph’s, Target, Sprouts - and a super convenient metro stop that takes you straight to the beach. Looking for someone to move-in ASAP. The lease would be for at least 6 months, but could go up to a year depending on what you’re looking for. For clarity, you would be renting 1 of the 3 bedrooms.
Rent: $1,450 (includes parking + utilities/WiFi) Move-In Timing: March 25, 2024 Lease Length: at least 6 months, but up to 1 year Amenities: In-unit laundry (the washer and dryer have been updated since what was included in the photos), and outdoor green space in front yard
About the roomies
The current roommate is a very clean, hardworking, and friendly young professional. She works as a theatre actress and is open to anyone similarly tidy and respectful.
