Looking for a new single male only roommate. Apartment complex for reference is Royal Farms apartment complexes. Current roommate is a Latter-Day Saint so someone respectful of those standards is required. Also asking for someone who is neat and tidy. Current tenant keeps things clean and is asking for someone who will help keep the shared apartment spaces clean and organized also. Bedroom and bathroom are completely unfurnished, shared furnishings in living room if respectful and room for your own furniture. Plenty of space in kitchen for items. The roommate is 25 years old and has a full time job, he has his own private room and bath, he is friendly but also will keep to himself. The furnishings in the living room and kitchen are his but, he is willing to share anything as long as everyone is respectful. He enjoys having “hang out parties” with a few friends every now and then and is more than happy to let you join or allow you to invite others over anytime as well. As long as you are respectful and not throwing crazy loud parties. Quiet time is 10pm-8am and he asks that that be respected to the best of your abilities.
