Current roommates, Jazmin (25) and Audrey (25), share the upstairs bathroom and value privacy, communication, and a safe and happy living environment. Our two-story duplex holds three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large kitchen and beautiful, well-lit living room! The upstairs balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the neighborhood and the living room windows let in a lot of natural light.

We communicate before adding additions to the shared spaces, and we value cleaning up after ourselves and creating a minimalist, laid back, and calm environment. Our landlords live next door with their two kids and would appreciate a kind, quiet, and respectful renter. They respect our privacy and in turn we respects theirs.
