About the room
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful house in North Park. I will be moving for a job in NJ so I need someone to take over my room. The room will be available starting March 1st. You will be living with 3 other amazing people all around their mid-20s. They’re all really nice, outgoing, clean, and considerate. Literally the best roommates you can ask for.
The room itself has a spacious closet and its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and has everything you need. It has an in-unit washer and dryer. Utilities are $150 a month including electricity, water, trash, and Wifi. Someone comes in twice a month to clean the house and gardening at least once a month. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a huge driveway and plenty of street parking.
The house is close to the 805 freeway entrance. There’s Chris’s Market a block away. South Park and North Park is a 10-15 minute walking distance.
