The backyard has patio furniture and raised beds.– Perfect for dinners outside and gardening! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, located right next to the Maxwell Nature Area and the Spring Creek Trail. Ideal for young professionals and grad students, especially those who enjoy Fort Collins’ trail system!
