Private entrance, private patio, garage, parking, large room, large closet, queen, bed, dresser, desk, nightstand. The room has a very nice sense of privacy, and is right next to a shared full bathroom, which is only shared for Schauer purposes. The overall community is quiet And peaceful. We have very friendly neighbors. The kitchen is fairly high-end. All appliances and Kitchen equipment, including utensils, pots and pans, etc. are respectfully shared.

Current occupants are two busy professional females. One is the homeowner. We’re pretty busy with our own lives but do enjoy chatting and catching up with each other now and then. We are extremely clean and maintain consistent cleanliness in shared common areas.
