Utilities are included with BROADBAND and Movies. The common areas are shared, kitchen, living room, dining room pantry, yard/patio. Easy street parking is available outside front yard. Door lock key, Coded secure entrance are included. The security deposite is $400 and may be paid in two installments.

We are two professionals sharing this wonderful 3 bedroom 2 bath home for the last 1.5 years. One has her own business, the other works from home in the Master suite. We stay busy 7 days a week. Both are straight females, get along. We don’t smoke, no liquor in home. We have no children, and are not loud, play serene music. We enjoy walks, massage, yoga, and the treadmill. We belong to a book club; we enjoy take out or dinning out, PJ Chángs, BBQ, Lupe’s Tortillas, and Steakhouse once in a while, Mediterranean, Chinese, Mexican Jasons salad bar, really anything.
