Four bedroom home in desirable southeast Escondido. Gated community with easy access to freeways and close to shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is a great place to walk, run or hike and there’s a community center with half Olympic size pool, jacuzzi, park and basketball court. Prefer to keep the room furnished. Tv in room.

I work full time from home and lead an active life plus travel for work. I have a 23 year old son who works full time M-F and leads a busy active life. Bedrooms and office are upstairs and the room and bathroom for rent are downstairs. Washer and dryer near downstairs room.
