I have a 4 bedroom home i’m renting. My current roommates will bea moving out in April. My lesae runs through July. So I will have a couple of bedrooms available, but only for May, June, and July. There are three bedrooms that will be for rent, two are small and 600 a month. One is a larger, converted garage that is 650. It is a shared bathroom, but each room is on its own. The kitchen is shared between all rooms. There is a back yard that’s walled in and perfect for dogs.
I’m a 38 year old teacher. I’ve been out here for 8 years now. I’ll be moving back to Virginia once my lease is over. I have an 8 year old dog. She is large and a complete sweetheart, but she loves to beg for food. I’m easy to get along with. All I ask is that you be good to my dog, and clean up after yourself.
