The home is in an amazing location with parks, grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, gym and pharmacy all within a 10–20-minute walk. Also, the house is within walking distance of Q55, Q47, Q54, and Q29 buses and M train. There are express buses (Monday to Friday) from Glendale to downtown Manhattan (QM25), and to midtown Manhattan (QM34 via 3rd Avenue and QM24 via 6th Avenue).
The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, freshly painted walls and new hardwood floor throughout the apartment. As well, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Hello! My name is Lindsey. I work almost everyday (Monday to Friday) outside the home but may include some days working in my home office.
