Kay's room

The room is in the back of the house which offers full views of the private backyard with in-ground swimming pool to use at your liking. You will have your own private bathroom just down the hall.

I am the homeowner and also live at the house while i try to figure out my future plans. my room is down the hallway and has my bathroom inside of it so will not need to worry about sharing . Everything is furnished and has basic necessities. I am a 35 year old professional female, looking for a roommate that is trustworthy, responsible , and drama free. I do have a dog and a cat which usually don’t like to share their home with other pets but i would be okay with a meet and great to further investigate if desired. I need help paying my mortgage and so am willing to work with your budget. As long as we can just be good, kind , and honest with one another i am pretty flexible. It is very important to me that my privacy is respected. i do not expect anyone to help themselves into my room OR to my belongings (outside of shared items i.e. kitchen utensils) as i would not do this to them. i will have a lock to their door that i would only ever open in the event of a life threatening emergency. Otherwise, i truly will respect your privacy, lifestyle, and whatever boundaries the two of us put in place.
