Room for rent with private bathroom and walk in closet located at front end of spacious 3 bedroom/2.5 bath house with office including extra work space if needed. Full house privileges excluding 2 other bedrooms. Huge kitchen, family room, dining room, backyard w/covered patio. 3 car garage used for storage and gym equipment, driveway parking for 1 additional car w/ample street parking.

One housemate. Im a 37 year old single father of 2 (3 and 5 years old) that are here every other weekend and 1 day during the week, also have a 6 year old golden retriever that lives here full time and is extremely friendly and loving. I work full time as a sales professional and part time in wine country on the weekends. Super active and live a healthy lifestyle. I’m pretty quiet, super respectful of space and easy going. I like to spend my free time outdoors with my kids and dog as well as cycling, going to the beach, hiking and regular gym goer. I would prefer no pets or couples.
