The views are amazing from the upstairs windows and balcony. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood, with lots of street parking. Walking distance to the fun 2nd street shops and dining, and also to the bay and beach! Washer and dryer is inside next to the kitchen area. Rent is $1475 and then we would also share the gas, water, refuse, electricity, and Wi-Fi costs which are not high.
