Shannon's room

Room for rent in a 4 bedroom house, located in a beautiful, quiet, clean neighborhood in Irvine close to a variety of parks, lakes, shopping centers, restaurants/dining, beaches, hospitals, colleges and amusement parks. You would be sharing the house with a female, and college age son. We mostly keep to ourselves. Private bedroom unfurnished, with mostly private bathroom, in a furnished home, including washer, dryer, and refrigerator with some storage in the garage. We are looking for a quiet, responsible male or female to rent the upstairs room, $1,400 deposit, $2,200 plus utilities including WiFi.
