Avery's room

Hi! We have an unfurnished private bedroom available to rent in a fully furnished 3 bed / 2 bath house located in a neighborhood in Bryan, Texas. The carpet in all three bedrooms was recently replaced! Unfortunately, there are no pets allowed to live in the house.“

There are currently three girls living in the house, myself (Avery) and my two roommates (Tori & Kelsey). I am a college student that was attending A&M but I am planning on moving back home soon due to an emergency circumstance. Kelsey works full time as a cosmetologist, and Tori is a student at Blinn who also works part time. My roommates easy going, and are so excited to welcome a new roommate. I will be moving out by the end of March because of an emergency situation. The person renting my room will be sharing a bathroom with Kelsey.
