-Bedroom is on the ground level and includes its own bathroom with tub. Bedroom fits a queen-sized bed and has a built-in desk. Kitchen and common space are shared. There is an extra half bathroom that is shared.
-Prime south Lincoln Park close to Old Town. Tucked away, quiet, and secluded.
-Close walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation. In-Unit laundry. Utilities are split evenly among all 3 occupants.
Requirements upon interest: 650 or greater credit score. Proof of monthly gross income greater than 3X rent of $1,350.
No pets, no smoking, no drugs.

We are the owners of the townhome, ages 29 and 31. Graduated from Indiana University and Notre Dame. Both working professionals in finance. Both from the northern Chicago suburbs originally. Both play golf and platform tennis / paddle.
