Cannabis smoking inside is OK in moderation as long as it’s not excessive enough to cause prolonged odors, otherwise please smoke on the balcony.

40/F, no children and I like to maintain a tidy, colorful, and stylishly quirky macabre home (the photo of the balcony should give you some insight). I am a respectful / courteous / communicative housemate and would like the same in return.

I love to cook / bake, make cocktails, and procrastinate on building my Lego Haunted House set. I’m an avid Halloween, Mid Century, and Art Deco enthusiast (vintage style, but not vintage values) who is fond of going to the theater and concerts.
