LVP flooring throughout house. Parking space located in front of house. Security cameras throughout exterior house.
Price: $900 per month. Price per month includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
Down deposit: 500$
Lease Start Date: April 1st- Flexible but no longer than July 1st of 2024. (If you need to move in before April 1st that is fine as well)
Pets welcomed with no additional fee! No current pets in house.
