Rent is $ plus utilities, electric and internet. $ security deposit. The townhome includes:

Mins away from UTC, PB and Convoy St., close to several shopping centers

Move in date: any time in March

Lease duration: 6-months, then can go month-to-month

I’m looking a roommate who is clean, respectful of the shared/common spaces, considerate and someone who is self-aware. Someone I can co-exist with who is like-minded and has good vibes!

A little about me: I’m a -year-old working professional who works from home. I am VERY clean, considerate and laid back but I definitely like to keep my home presentable and clean. I am social, so I’m usually out and about during the week and weekends but I also like entertaining every once in a while as well. I love to cook, stay active, go to shows and concerts and can also appreciate a night in.
