• located in duluth, 30096 (9 minutes from johns creek and about 15 from peachtree corners)
• right off of pleasant hill, it’s a gated community with a tennis court, pool and gym!
• ready to move in first week of april
• rent is around $850 a month, including utilities!
• there’s an in unit washer/dryer, you’ll be sharing a bathroom but the room is decent sized and you have your own closet (other roommate you share a bathroom with is rarely home)
• must be okay with cats, i have two, cannot take in any more due to apartment limits.
• preferably someone who can stay until the end of my apartment lease (July 2024)

my roommate and i are both students who work part time, we are super chill and laid back and will be mostly out of your way!
