I am renting out a separate floor with private 1bed and shared 1bath and own living space on a separate floor, it is a newly constructed house in a gated community with pool access. The house is equipped with smart security. Very close to energy corridor, i10, and westheimer Road.

Utilities like electricity, internet, parking, laundry, gas are included in rent.

House is furnished, rental rooms are unfurnished.
