It’s a loft style with lots of windows and natural lights. 1200sq ft. The rent is $2k plus utilities. One covered parking is included. In unit laundry. Huge closet in the hallway for storage. It’s on the very top floor so no noises from upstairs neighbors. There is a gym, common area for parties and work/study, rooftop and pool. It’s a 12 mo lease that goes till Feb 2025. The view is sweet. You can see the Hollywood sign and LA skyline.

Cats and non shedding dogs are ok. Preferably someone in their late 20’s to early 30’s and works away from home or hybrid.

About Lida: 30 year old Female and she works form home full time for a tech start up. She is very clean and will keep the common area clean and tidy and be respectful of your space. She asks that you’d do the same. She travel often, like to cook, workout, explore new restaurants and go to the beach. She likes go out sometimes, but don’t like to bring the parties home.
