• The condo has two rooms and three bathrooms (one is a half bath)
• Your room has a queen bed and its own bathroom (with tub shower) and closet.
• Common areas include kitchen, living room, small laundry room, unfinished basement with treadmill

Rent and Details:*

• Rent is $850/month - we would split gas and electric (I would cover Wi-Fi and the HOA)
• Move in date is flexible
