This is a lease transfer for half of a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Chapel Hill, NC. The lease takeover includes a bedroom with on suite double vanity bathroom and a separate bedroom which is currently used as an office. Could use office as a second bedroom if desired.

Willing to sell furniture currently in bedroom. Roommate is moving out of state and wants to find someone to take over lease ASAP.
