Jay's room

Room is located in a 3 bedroom house with a spacious living room/dining room and full kitchen complete with a washer and dryer which will all be accessible to roommate. The property does also have a backyard with a bb-q grill and fire pit also accessible. There are 3 dogs on the property kept inside and most of the time inside the rooms. The house is kept at 72 to 74 degrees and there are cameras at the front of the house as well as in the backyard and one in the living room. The neighborhood is clean and quiet tucked away in the southwest side of Bakersfield.

There are a total of 3 people living on the property currently. Myself, my girlfriend, and a good mutual friend. We all do hangout, are friendly and outgoing with the occasional hangouts on the weekends with music and food but for the most part we all work different schedules so the house isn’t usually empty.
