Renting out a spare unfurnished room of my house on the NE side of Rochester. House is located in a nice neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. House will be shared with me and a friendly cat. Room comes with a private bathroom but will share kitchen and laundry. Utilities and internet will be covered. I keep a clean space and am very relaxed/friendly.
