Hello, I’m looking to find a roommate for the 2b 2bath house I’m renting. Rent is $860 plus utilities and $750 deposit. There’s a washer and dryer. It’s close to OSU and downtown. Living room is furnished but room isn’t. I have a small dog and cat who both get along with other pets. My previous roommate had an ESA cat so I will have to check with the homeowner if more pets or ESAs are allowed.

I love hiking with my dog, spooky things, and binging tv shows. I can be social at times but love my alone time. My job is very social so I need to decompress when I get home. I’m respectful, communicate well, and tidy. I’m looking for the same in a roommate.
