Everything inside the house is brand new - paint, flooring, appliances, drywall, lights, AC/heating, kitchen and living room, bedrooms, restrooms. There’s also an EV charger to power your electric car.
You’ll have access to the common areas such as kitchen, laundry (washer & dryer), fridge, etc.
Each room has its own private entrance.
2 bathrooms, one with a tub and the other is shower.
