PLEASE NOTE I will have one FULLY FURNISHED room available for rent. The room comes with a Queen Bed, Fan, Desk & Chair.

4 min from Full Sail University min from Baldwin Park and about minutes from UCF.
Pretty Central to a lot of things and we have I4 down the street.
The room is located downstairs.

Olivia is a fun-loving young woman who studies during the day and works at a hookah lounge at night.
Anika is a super chill LGBTQ+ woman who loves to cook and hang out with friends.
Both girls are super courteous and respectful and cleanliness is a huge priority in the home!
Positive vibes are the MOST important thing to me as I really value my living space to have great energy.
