Hello, We have private, fully furnished rooms in our ‘Artist House’

I have 2 rooms available.

It’s a great location!!! The Design District is only 3 min, Wynwood is 6 min, and the beach is only 14 minutes away.

The best part about living here is the great people. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. We have regular paid backyard events like comedy shows, movie nights, live music, different workshops, art/game nights, and potlucks. Everyone here is an artist of some kind, and we all help each other out with projects, host the events and share our skills. It’s a great place to make friends and be creative. Events are free for you and your friends :)

Unfortunately, no couples! You will share the bathroom with one person only. 1 month rent, and 1 month deposit are required to move in. Parking is included!
