Sherry's room

I have 3 spaces available. One is a studio above the garage and the other two are bedrooms on the main floor. I’m a disabled USMC veteran. I have an inground pool, hot tub, firepit, bar area, pool house and a 2 person sauna. It’s like being on vacation. I do have 4 dogs. Two of the dogs are my service dog and the other is in training. I am in an electric wheelchair so may ask for help from time to time to help maintain the property. I have good days and days I barely make it out of my bedroom.

I have simple rules:

1. Don’t lie to me
2. Don’t steal from me
3. If I ask you to do something, do it because I probably cannot.
4. Clean up after yourself.

The backyard is the center of fun in the summer. The pool will be opened by May 1st. It’s a heated pool.

Currently it will be just me. My last roommate is closing on his house & is moving out

My two sons live down south. They are 31 & 36. Yes I’m a grandmother of two beautiful children. I’ve had teenagers live with me and adults as mature as 55. I would love to share my home with someone who doesn’t have a criminal record and is able to pay rent on time. I can rent month to month

Although I’m 58, I’m still young at heart and have friends I have helped my past that come back to see me.
