Shared apartment, with private room and bath for rent in a very nice luxury apartment complex with many amenities, a pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Plenty of parking and the unit is upstairs. The room is very large along with the Walkin Closet and Bathroom. Utilities are not included.

I am a 53-year-old gay male, I have a current roommate who wants to leave before the lease is over at the end of November. She is moving out of state and was the best roommate ever. I am looking for someone to be amazing like she was and to take over her part of the lease. I am willing to stay beyond the end of the lease in November, so a 6+ month agreement would be ideal.
