Awesome roommate that lives in medium sized room got a new job and has to leave at the end of the month. You would pay a flat 650$ a month plus a one time 250$ payment to add you to the lease to formulize a contract. There would be a contact signed for payment to cover yourself and our leaving roommate. I’m a Youth facilitator at a nearby After school and a night shift EMT on the weekends. We’re looking for a chill roommate that is responsible, nice to have around, and cleans up after themselves, preferablily The place is really nice that’s the reason I want to stay. I’ve never really had any complaints about management and the walls are thick so you can’t hear the other townhomes. -First floor is Garage/Patio -Second floor is a half bathroom, Full modern kitchen, and huge living room -Third floor has 3 bedrooms. One small one medium and one master bedroom with it’s own bathroom and walk in closet and 2.5x the amount of room than the other bedrooms (rent adjusted) We’re trying to fill the Medium sized room upstairs.
