The room comes with a garage parking space and the building has a gym and a rooftop BBQ area. Homey feeling with updated appliances and large common area space (with attached balcony). Also has a new washer and dryer in house. We kindly ask that you do not have a pet We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, drama-free, considerate and clean! Application requirements:

• Two forms of income verification are required. For example, 3 current pay stubs and 3 recent full bank statements or tax returns for 2022 (if paid weekly must provide 4 stubs).
• If cosigner is required, they must make 5x’s the rent monthly. They would also submit an application and income documents.
• $50 application fee.
• Rent is due no later than 4th of the month, or 5% late fee is added to the total rent
