There are hardwood floors and wood beamed ceilings throughout the house, with central heating. Galley kitchen has gas range, washer/dryer and access to the outside patio. Adjoining dining room with garden views, living room with Mt. Tam views. The back garden offers a patio with Propane BBQ , fire pit and outdoor furniture. The House in total is 1,175 sq. ft., and is cozy, comfortable, and colorful. The surroundings are quiet and serene.

Female preferred. Positive, responsible, neat, and clean, (with an appreciation of the great outdoors!) are all good attributes. You’ll be sharing with a female homeowner, that works part time in the event/catering biz, and active in cycling (mtn/road), camping and traveling. Recycle-y, compost conscious, healthy, progressive, no drama household.

The house is located in Tam Valley on upper Marin Drive, (above Tam Junction), and is just 6 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge. This area is a nature lovers/sport enthusiast’s delight. Biking, running and hiking trails are minutes away, that lead up to Coyote Ridge and Miwok trails in the GGNRA. Muir Woods, Muir Beach and Mt. Tam are close by. Tam Junction offers Hook Fish and The Junction taverns, Proof Lab Surf Shop, Good Earth organic market, Equator coffee and more!
