This property is a two-story duplex, and it was just built within the last couple years. It’s a 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom. The tenants will have access to a kitchen. a driveway for their vehicles, a refrigerator, a pantry, and a master bedroom to themselves, with the bathroom with a shower inside. Access to the laundry room will be outside of their room. The house includes water, electric Internet, and sewage. This will be a shared property with three others, but the tenant will have their own room and privacy.

I am a married, straight man who lives with my wife and best friend. I am seeking a quiet roommate who is employed and consistently pays their expenses in a timely manner. I am not seeking an individual who is boisterous or disruptive. Our residence is extremely family-oriented; therefore, we prefer that whoever enters be reliable and trust worthy themselves and refrain from inviting a large number of visitors to the house who would disrupt our space. Being a laid-back family that enjoys both movies and music, we frequently view films in the living room with surround sound. We are looking for someone who is not bothered by television commotion or music My wife works a part-time job, I work full time and my while  my best friend is a student in college. I only prefer females staying within the vicinity due to the comfort level of living with two females, I want them to feel comfortable at all times.
