This beautifully renovated 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom tri-level home is a masterpiece of modern shared living. You’ll get your own private furnished room and shared bath with one person. Each private room has a twin bed, closet, dresser, nightstand, and wood floors. This is a new house, so there are currently 4 rooms available.

The first floor has a lounge room, laundry room, and two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. The second floor has a large living room and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The third floor has two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom.

The lounge room is an additional living space with a dry bar and a mini refrigerator. French doors open to a waterfall pool, a fenced-in backyard, and a hot tub. The heated pool boasts a glass bead finish, beach entry, a waterfall feature, LED lighting, and a hot tub big enough for ten people.

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a location close to the airport (30mins), beach(3.5mi), shops and restaurants(5min walk), and plenty of outdoor living space.
