Quiet, respectful house shared with 2 males, one is 35 and the other mid 40’s , situated in the Mill Park Neighborhood of SE Portland. House is 2-story with 3 bathrooms, one large bedroom with master bath could be available for those who want, but the other room is standard size. Plenty of parking, washer/dryer on sight, high speed internet, gas heat. Close to 1-205 and parks, public transit and stores. Ok with a cat, yard isn’t fenced for a dog.

Both of us enjoy outdoor activities: snowboarding, hiking, biking, music and reading. We don’t play loud music or create a lot of noise around the house. One roommate works as a remodeler and the other a delivery driver. We don’t smoke or drink, but are ok with alcohol.
