Conveniently located in the Forest Park neighborhood of Springfield - The X. Single occupancy only. Must be comfortable climbing stairs, this room is on the third floor of the house. Private floor. Private bathroom. Fully furnished- Queen bed, Two large closets. Lots of storage. Shared kitchen, living/dining room on the first floor as well as shared outdoor space. There is one cat in the house - No other pets allowed. Street parking. Rent must be paid at either $220 weekly or $440 biweekly

Up to four roommates in the house. Three rooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom and one room on the first floor with a private bathroom. Shared kitchen, living/dining room on the first floor.
